Anzac biscuits

I love this recipe. Crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. I used to have another trusted source but then this 1914 gem popped up and I never look back. It’s also an awesome activity for little hands to get involved in. A little mess and flour explosion never hurts…

I followed a true 1914 recipe for this year’s Anzac biscuits. Turned out pretty scrummy… with some help from toddler.
